The Schumann House Museum is in the former house of the composer Robert Schumann and his pianist wife Clara Schumann. The museum tells about the life and work of the artist couple.

The faithfully restored Schumann Hall with its fine wall decorations is part of the museum and a jewel among the venues in and around Leipzig.

Every Sunday at 3.00pm there is a public tour (in German).
