0 ReviewsThe Old Town Hall (Altes Rathaus) is one of the most beautiful renaissance buildings in Germany built in 1556. It went under substantial reconstruction between 1905 -1909 to house the Leipzig Museum of City History.
Inside you will see many fine works of religious art, saved from the various churches around Leipzig as well the only known painting of Bach that was produced during his life time.
Trips to the torture chamber and the jail by appointment.
